Building 11,000 square feet with positive pressure and filtered air make-up.

PLC The programmable logic controller monitors and controls all critical system parameters from washer and oven temperatures to conveyor line speed. Multiple recipes can be stored and recalled to assure color and texture repeatability for each production run.

Conveyor The 1,300 foot conveyor features automatic lubrication, chain tensioning, variable speed and a sanitary tray.

Washer A 90 foot, all stainless, seven-stage washer provides superior cleanliness for optimum paint adhesion.

Dry-Off Oven Gas-fired turbulent air tunnel.

Environmental Rooms Twin environmental rooms, controlled for pressure, dust and humidity, provide the optimal environment for powder application and storage.

Spray Booths Two 14 ft. Nordson Horizon polypropylene down-draft booths feature modular color cartridges for rapid color changeover.

Spray Guns Up to three fully adjustable Nordson Sure Coat guns are used, depending on part-configuration, to assure uniform coverage.

Cure Oven The gas-fired oven is calibrated to +/- two degrees and can process 10,000 pounds per hour at 450 degrees.
